I work with Anibal day to day on Liminal GTM, and he's the kind of design partner you hope to get: someone who takes ownership of the problem, not just the screens.

A few things stand out. He digs into the "why" before jumping to solutions, which saves us a lot of rework later. He's deliberate about UX fundamentals, studies heuristics and interaction patterns on his own time, and the bar he holds his own work to keeps moving up because of it. He's also honest in discussions. He'll push back when something doesn't hold up, and he'll change his mind when the evidence points the other way. Beyond that, he's simply reliable. When he commits to something, it lands, and it lands at a quality level I'm proud of.
